Your order will be meticulously packed with bubble wrap to ensure secure delivery. I am committed to being eco-friendly in my packaging. Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Orders are dispatched via registered air mail, typically taking 1-3 weeks for delivery. Please be aware that delays could arise due to postal, customs, or holiday factors. I offer shipping to anywhere across the globe. While I list postage costs in my shipping rates for each item, please be aware that I cannot assume responsibility for international customs charges.

Special Orders:
Please be aware that custom-made and special orders may require an extended delivery period of approximately 2 months. The intricate process of crafting ceramics, coupled with my independent work approach, can naturally lead to longer production times. Refunds and Exchanges:
I take great care in packing my items, but if any breakage occurs due to my error, I will be accountable for replacing the damaged item. To assess the issue, I will require the return of the item, with return shipping costs covered by the purchaser. Kindly note that replacement items may take a few weeks if they need to be re-crafted.
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance. If you're unsatisfied, please get in touch within three days of receiving your purchase and outline the concern. The items must remain unused and correctly packed in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
